can't open main window.

Dear BluStreak team,

Thank you so much for greatest Tool of Premastering. I was so happy when found it.

Our project team is making BD-J Game on Blu-Ray Disc. almost That game is no problem to play on Blu-Ray Player with BD-RE Disc.
We want to change the phase between Development to Distribution. so, Today I bought The BluStreak Premaster and try to AACS process.
However, BluStreak could't read the BDMV Folder. OSX repoted as follow as..

I think it System Exception by BlueStreak. but, all files is not big more then 2GB.
I appriciate your information and technology. please teach me What is the problem of this exception call.

Finder Information

Hi,

The list of files cannot help without the sizes, and more information about your system. If you open the BDMV folder in the Apple Finder, you can do a screen dump and email it to [email protected]. If the files don't all fit in one window view, please scroll up and send another.

My first guess is that you are running in 32-bit mode and that one of your files, not a stream file, is too big to fit in a 32-bit variable. Though even that seems unlikely unless one of the Java files is very very big. The stream files, of course, can be much larger.

What is your hardware and software configuration? You can send the info from the "About This Mac" on the Apple menu.

Also you could send the console log from the crash, though you can send the above info first.

This problem was gone.

Hi Larry,

I am so sorry to disturbing your time.
Already I got a solution for this exception. The beginning of exception, PLAYLIST and CLIPINF folder was problem.
( try to 'new jobs' without PLAYLIST and CLIPINF folder, It was no problem to open 'new jobs'. therefore, I found that reason of exception.)
Power Producer made those PLAYLIST and CLIPINF. but, I have changed Authoring Software to TMPGEnc Athoring Works4.

after done, Everything is no problem ! I am so glad to see it.
